IT training specialist expands in Asia
Fast Lane acquires ITLS
Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore, 31 May 2011. Today Fast Lane Group, the only WW provider of advanced IT Training Services, announced the acquisition of ITLS, the largest high-end IT training company in Greater China. The transaction is planned to be finalized within the next 12 months. Tina Huang, CEO from ITLS, assumes the role of Regional Vice President of Fast Lane North-Asia. ITLS has revenues over $4M USD in the region. It is expected that the two companies will combine to generate more than $10M USD in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region in calendar year 2011.

In addition to IT education and consulting services ITLS is the biggest learning distributor for several vendors in Asia. This provides excellent synergies with ICDD, another member of the Fast Lane Group. ICDD is one of the largest distributors of vendor authorized content in the Americas and EMEA. ITLS is a perfect fit with ICDD as well providing ICDD with a global footprint to match Fast Lane’s. Combined the consolidated company is a global Education distribution leader for vendors like Cisco Systems, Red Hat, Microsoft and others.
