Course Overview
A Splunk Core Certified User is able to search, use fields, create alerts, use look-ups, and create basic statistical reports and dashboards in either the Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud platforms. This foundational, entry-level certification demonstrates an individual's basic ability to navigate and use Splunk software.

The number of actual teaching days is shown as part of the price information but the modules included in the path are usually delivered over a period of 2 weeks as indicated in the schedule. Who should attend
Candidates who wish to prepare for the Splunk Core Certified User exam and who have not completed Fundamentals 1 (retired).
Prerequisites
To prepare for any Splunk Certification-Based Learning Path, students should complete these free introductory e-learning modules:
- Intro to Splunk (ITS)
- Using Fields (Free) (SUFF) OR Using Fields (SUF) (fee required; includes hands-on labs)
