Course Overview
This instructor-led course provides a comprehensive introduction to the OpsRamp platform and its principal functional areas and workflows. The lecture content combined with numerous handson labs will enable attendees to operate, administer and implement monitoring, alert management including alert correlation, alert suppression and alert escalation, patch management, and dashboards and reports within a multi-tiered tenancy model. All necessary infrastructure for the hands-on labs, except for attendee laptops, will be provided by OpsRamp.
