Course Overview
Processes such as increasing globalization and migration and the pluralization of lifestyles harbour outstanding opportunities, but at the same time place high demands on everyone involved. To work stress-free with people from other intercultural contexts in everyday life, it is helpful to have knowledge about our counterpart's imprints. However, constructive, and productive interaction with others also requires a high degree of self-reflection. Self-reflection, knowing and controlling one's own previous experiences, emotions, attitudes, and values is an important basis for constructive communication and cooperation with others.
