Prerequisites
Course Objectives
Explore how to deploy, configure, and monitor NetApp® E-Series and EF-Series storage systems. In the deployment phase, you use NetApp SANtricity® Storage Manager and SANtricity System Manager to create the configuration, perform administration tasks, and examine data protection features. During post-deployment, you use SANtricity Unified Manager and System Manager to collect storage system information for trend analysis, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and tuning.
This course focuses on enabling you to do the following:
- Explore the features of NetApp E-Series and EF-Series storage systems
- Identify and use administrative and support tools
- Describe and implement configuration concepts
- Perform routine volume administration tasks
- Perform volume group and disk pool administration tasks
- Identify and perform general system administration tasks
- Collect and monitor pertinent storage system information
- Implement data protection features
