  • This seminar is intended for IT professionals who are or will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of a (virtualized) Microsoft client-server infrastructure. Newcomers to Hyper-V are just as welcome as administrators who want to get to know the innovations of Windows Server 2022 and Hyper-V servers.
  • Using practical exercises, you will learn how to install, configure, manage and maintain client-server structures under Windows Server 2022 (Server 2016 / 2019).
  • One focus is the identity and access technologies around Active Directory, but also the new features in Windows Server - Storage Solution, Cluster, WSL2 and Container

Prerequisites

  • Professional experience with Windows client operating systems such as Windows 7, 8 and Windows 10.
  • Initial experience with Windows server systems is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of operating client-server environments.
  • Understanding of basic network technologies such as IP addressing, name resolution and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and virtualization.
