Phase Two

The duration of phase two is usually 8 weeks.

Learning Objectives

  • Study and master all other technologies beyond BGP
  • Continue to develop and extend personalized verification milestones to include all possible topics that may be encountered in the Routing & Switching CCIE lab
  • Begin to build an end-to-end base of performance with graded assessment labs. While in phase two, attaining a total graded assessment lab score of 50 or greater is very respectable. This consistent score will be called the "end-to-end base of performance with graded assessment labs."

Self-Paced Learning Activities

  • Perform all modules in the following Cisco 360 lesson modules: IPv6 and CAT-QoS
  • Perform selected reading assignments from the reference library
  • Perform the remaining sections of the first ten scenarios in the LAB workbook. In phase one, students completed all sections in these same scenarios up to BGP
  • Perform additional graded assessment labs
  • Participate in additional sessions with the assigned mentor

Based upon their performance with phase two learning and assessment activities, the mentor will advise the students when to move onto phase three.
